Rumors Continue To Swirl That Women Will Be Wrestling During Friday's SUPER SHOWDOWN PPV

We've already heard that Natalya is heading to Saudi Arabia, and now another of WWE's female Superstars has been confirmed to make an appearance. The question is, will they end up competing on the show?

It's been confirmed that Natalya, Alexa Bliss, and Renee Young are all on the flight to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for Friday's divisive Super ShowDown PPV.

While Young will once again be providing commentary, the role the other two women will be playing isn't clear and speculation is running rampant that they could end up in a match. WWE would have to work that out with the Saudi General Sports Authority and it's also possible they're just going to be introduced to officials in the hope they'll be allowed to wrestle in future.

If they have been given the green light for a match featuring the women, then it's strange that WWE hasn't been promoting that. Then again, that would draw attention to the fact that they're returning to Saudi Arabia despite a great deal of backlash in the past.

We'll just have to wait and see whether this match does end up happening on Friday. For now, it might be best not to hold your breath as it seems doubtful.
