Rusev And Shinsuke Nakamura Made An Unexpectedly Impressive Tag Team On SMACKDOWN LIVE Last Night

RAW's tag team division sucks but it seems as if a new duo is going to be formed on SmackDown Live after Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura managed to defeat The Club with relative ease. Check it out...

Last week, Rusev turned heel and attacked R-Truth alongside fellow former United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. Despite the fact that they'd been bitter rivals, the two agreed to team up and take down The Club after a backstage confrontation. On last night's SmackDown Live, though, they made short work of the Good Brothers and it seems as if a new partnership may have been formed.

While pairing up two foreign heels isn't the most original idea, there's definitely potential here and these two could wind up stealing the show in some sort of tag team match at WrestleMania this year.

In the video below, Nakamura and Rusev talk about whether or not they trust each other yet and it seems like we could see them team up again. We'll have to wait and see on that front but the current SmackDown Tag Team Champions Shane McMahon and The Miz will be busy with The Usos at Elimination Chamber. As always, we'll be sure to keep you guys updated with more as we have it.
