Samoa Joe Has Been Suspended For 30 Days Under The Rules Of WWE's Wellness Policy

Samoa Joe has not been having a very easy time of it lately. After being put on the shelf with an injury last week, WWE has now announced that he's been suspended for violating the company's Wellness Policy.

WWE has officially announced that Raw Superstar Samoa Joe has been suspended for 30 days after being found to be in violation of the company's Wellness Policy.

No specifics were provided, and all we have to go on is the following statement:

WWE has suspended Nuufolau Seanoa (Samoa Joe) for 30 days effective Monday, February 24, for his first violation of the company’s talent wellness policy.

Previous reports indicated that Joe suffered a head injury while shooting a commercial and that's why he's been off TV the past few weeks, but there's a chance that was inaccurate and this suspension is the real reason he hasn't been around.

Rumors also claimed that Joe was "on thin ice" with Vince McMahon after gaining a reputation for being injury prone, so let's hope this this isn't the final straw for the talented Superstar.
