Samoa Joe Is Expected To Return To Action Very Soon; Was Originally Going To Be The Miz's Fifth Man

We haven't seen Samoa Joe in action for some time now, but we're hearing that The Destroyer is preparing to make his return to RAW very soon. It looks like Joe was also going to be the fifth man on Team Miz...

When a fifth member of The Miz's team was teased for their TLC match with The Shield, most of us assumed it'd be the returning Samoa Joe. Of course, we now know it was actually Kane, but apparently The Destroyer was the company's first choice.

Why this was changed is unclear, but it's possible Joe simply needed a little more time off. Either way, we're hearing that he'd been cleared to return to action, and it's just a matter of WWE's creative team finding a way to work him back into the RAW storylines.

Will he go straight for Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship? Unlikely, as The Beast is almost certainly booked up until WrestleMania. A face turn, perhaps?

We'll have to wait and see, but in the meantime, be sure to let us know how you think Joe will be reintroduced in the comments below.
