The Golden Role Models could well be missing all of their gold after Payback!

Last night on SmackDown, Asuka won the tri-brand battle royal, which means she'll face both Bayley and Sasha Banks for their respective titles at SummerSlam. Then, just one week later at Payback, the dastardly duo will put their Women's Tag Team Championships on the line.

Banks made the announcement just before the battle royal, making it clear that they didn't care who they ended up facing at the PPV. We weren't given any indication of which team might be in line for a title shot, but The IIconics, Bliss Cross and Shotzi Blackheart & Tegan Nox all came up short recently, so chances are we'll see a new duo step up.

There's a lot of speculation that Banks and Bayley will ultimately wind up losing all of their titles, leading to the feud we've all been anticipating. It would certainly be cool to see Asuka hold both the SmackDown and Raw Women's Championships, but we think it might be a little soon for the Golden Role Models to part ways.

How do you guys see all of this plating out? Let us know in the comments, and be sure to catch Payback on Sunday, Aug. 30, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.
