Over the past few months, rumours have continued to swirl about the possibility of WWE introducing the first-ever Women's Tag Team Championships. Unfortunately, with Evolution just days away, we're no closer to that becoming a reality but it's worth bearing in mind that there have been reports about the company using the event to announce plans for them rather than putting them on the line.
Now, RAW Superstar Sasha Banks may have added fuel to the fire because during a recent Q&A she was asked about how her relationship with Bayley is these days and may have dropped a spoiler!
"There’s nothing better than teaming up with my best friend Bayley," she said. "We are “The Boss and Hug Connection,” and we’re coming for those Tag Team Titles – whenever they announce them." While this isn't necessarily confirmation, it seems as if Banks knows something we don't and an announcement is now hopefully around the corner because it's long overdue.
