Second-Annual Women's Battle Royal Has Been Confirmed For WRESTLEMANIA 35

With less than two weeks to go until WrestleMania 35, WWE has announced the second-annual women's battle royal that will feature the former Smackdown women's champion Asuka, and many other Superstars.

WWE has finally announced the second-annual WrestleMania women’s battel royal.

While plans can always change, Asuka is clearly front and center in the photo, which would seem to quash any rumors that she’ll either be added to the Triple Threat main event or get a rematch against Flair at the grandest stage of them all. But again, the card (or Vince's mind) is always subject to change.

The announcement makes it clear that women from Smackdown, RAW, and NXT will take part in the match-up, so expect to see plenty of faces from the developmental brand. The match appears to have the same stakes as the 1st battle royal, where the winner will receive a "lovely" trophy. Naomi was the lucky participant to get the victory last year.

While it has yet to be confirmed, expect to see this bout on the kick-off show.
