Seth Rollins Pins Brock Lesnar At WRESTLEMANIA To Become The New Universal Champion

WrestleMania 35 got underway with the Universal Championship match, and, as many expected, Seth Rollins managed to slay The Beast (with the help of a low blow) and become the new champ. More past the jump.

Brock Lesnar's controversial reign as WWE Universal Champion is over, as Seth Rollins successfully slayed The Beast at WrestleMania.

Lesnar actually attacked Rollins before the match was officially underway, and he laid waste to his opponent with an F-5, a couple of announce table slams, and several trips to suplex city. However, once the bell rang and Brock went to end things with another F-5 inside the ring, Seth wriggled free and sent The Beast into the ref.

With the official's vision obscured, The Architect hit three consecutive Curb Stomps and covered Lesnar for the 1,2,3.

A quicker match than anyone will have been expecting, perhaps, but still very well executed, and it's hard to imagine anyone being disappointed with the outcome.

Thoughts?
