Two new matches have been added to the lineup for this weekend's WWE NXT Great American Bash 2025 premium live event.
At the start of tonight's episode of NXT, there was a gauntlet match with the concept in mind being that if Ricky Saints could go through three members of The Vanity Project—a stable on WWE EVOLVE—then he would not only earn a shot at the NXT North American Championship for WWE Great American Bash, but he would also be able to pick the stipulation for that match against Ethan Page.
In order, Saints defeated Swipe Right's Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes, before beating the WWE EVOLVE champion Jackson Drake. Zayda Steel and Bryce Donovan weren't part of this in any fashion.
After winning, Saints declared his intent to fight Page all over Atlanta, calling for their title bout to be a Falls Count Anywhere match.
Throughout the show, Jasper Troy and Je'Von Evans were involved in a series of scraps, leading to an announcement that they will have a match at Great American Bash as well.
Here is the updated lineup for NXT Great American Bash:
- Tag Team Match: Blake Monroe and Jordynne Grace vs Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne)
- Jasper Troy vs Je'Von Evans
- Falls Count Anywhere Match for the NXT North American Championship: Ethan Page (c) vs Ricky Saints
- Singles Match for the NXT Women's North American Championship: Sol Ruca (c) vs Izzi Dame
- Contract signing for Trick Williams, Joe Hendry, and Mike Santana
- Singles Match for the NXT Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs Yoshiki Inamura
NXT General Manager Ava also announced six women who will represent NXT as part of the battle royal at Evolution, wherein the winner will receive a title match at WWE Clash in Paris.
Izzi Dame, Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan, Lash Legend, Lola Vice, and Tatum Paxley were chosen (with no real explanation as to why) to be in the battle royal, which apparently now seems to be also involving Zelina Vega, Giulia, Candice LeRae, and several others who weren't specifically announced in any official capacity.
It was also announced that next week, there will be a "final battle" Triple Threat between Tony D'Angelo, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, and Luca Crusifino, which Adriana Rizzo set up.
