Shane McMahon Leaves Kevin Owens Unconscious Under The Announce Table On SMACKDOWN LIVE

Kevin Owens "invited" Shane McMahon to be his guest on the KO Show tonight on SmackDown, and when things got heated, Elias got involved for just long enough to give "The Best in the World" the upper hand.

Shane McMahon gained a huge advantage heading into his SummerSlam match with Kevin Owens tonight on SmackDown when he took out his opponent in brutal fashion.

Owens invited Shane to join him as a guest on the KO Show to ask if he'd also put his career on the line in their match, but Shane refused, before listing off all the ways he could defeat Owens at the PPV, thus ending his career in WWE forever.

Things then began to break down, but just as the fists were about to start flying, Elias got involved and distracted Kevin long enough for Shane to be able to trap him under the announce desk and deliver a version of Coast to Coast to a chair he'd placed over his face.

This was a decent spot and definitely added some heat to the angle leading in SummerSlam. Of course, the stipulation does make it highly unlikely that Owens will lose, but maybe Shane will agree to put his career on the line before Sunday?
