Sheamus & Jeff Hardy Engage In Some Watersports During SMACKDOWN Contract Signing

We were told to expect a "controversial" contract signing involving Sheamus and Jeff Hardy during this week's episode of SmackDown, and The Celtic Warrior was definitely pissed off by the end of the segment.

This week's episode of SmackDown brought us an absolute classic encounter between two of the best wrestlers in the world, and it also featured Jeff Hardy throwing piss at Sheamus. For, y'know, balance.

The Celtic Warrior demanded that The Charismatic Enigma take a urine test ahead of their match at Backlash this Sunday because he didn't want to step in the ring with a Junkie. Hardy obliged, before flinging the contents of the container right in the Irishman's face.

Due to being pre-taped, we got early word that this contract signing was said to be "controversial." If by controversial they meant disgusting, classless and juvenile, okay. To be fair, the segment did feature some decent mic work from both men, and Jeff, in particular, was on top form as he spoke passionately about working to overcome his demons and be a beacon of light for other people struggling with addition. It's just a shame that it had to end in such predictably sophomoric fashion.

Be sure to tun in to Backlash to see Sheamus take a dump in Hardy's gym bag.
