During a recent interview with CTV in Vancouver, SmackDown Superstar Sheamus reflected on his WWE career and talked about where is today and why it feels like the past ten years of his career have felt like a "dress rehearsal." Clearly, The Celtic Warrior has big plans moving forward.
"Sometimes with interviews, I can do a bunch of them, and it’s funny how like just things come around so much, and Wikipedia ends up like a lot of interviews and stuff," he started. "The first 10 years for me have been a dress rehearsal."
"I feel like now with my YouTube channel, Celtic Warrior Workouts, I’m just so much more focused than I was when I first came into WWE I got a lot out of my system, you know what I mean, in the beginning where I had a great run, but I still feel like there was a lot left for me to achieve. And I felt like there was a lot of distractions in my career before that."
It's hard to say whether Sheamus is feeling more positive about his WWE future or his outside projects, but it's great to hear that he's in such a good place. Currently, he's feuding with Shorty G and Apollo Crews, but speculation is already running rampant that he could finally get that match with Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania they've been pushing for, for years now.
