Shinsuke Nakamura Had To Get Staples In His Head Following Match During Friday's SMACKDOWN

Friday's SmackDown featured a "Symphony of Destruction" match (a Street Fight with musical instruments), and it appeared that Shinsuke Nakamura was injured after being powerslammed by Braun Strowman on a piano.

The King of Strong Style was shown being attended to at ringside after it took place, and while there was speculation that it was just a work, it's now been confirmed that Nakamura actually needed stitches later that night. He presumably caught his head on the edge of that piano, but we're obviously hoping that doesn't mean he was concussed.

It sounds like he's doing okay, though, because Nakamura jokes about being unable to break the piano in the Instagram post below.

Be warned, some of the photos are a little gory!

Don’t worry. I’m a tough. But, the piano was toughest. @adamscherr99 and I couldn’t beat it.
