SMACKDOWN LIVE General Manager Daniel Bryan Is The Unexpected Favorite To Win The ROYAL RUMBLE

There have been rumblings for a while now that Daniel Bryan is preparing to return to in-ring action but the betting odds have shifted and the SmackDown Live GM is now the favourite to win the Royal Rumble...

A few days ago, the betting odds for this year's Royal Rumble match shifted from Shinsuke Nakamura winning to Daniel Bryan being the favourite (his odds went from 66/1 to 10/1). That's a major shift and indicates that someone in the know may have put big money on the leader of the Yes Movement emerging victorious and going on to main event this year's WrestleMania in New Orleans.

Nothing is guaranteed, of course, but this leaves us with plenty to think about! Could it be that Shane McMahon will enter the Rumble to spite Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn only to have Bryan enter and eliminate him? It's also feasible that he's been making so many questionable decisions as General Manager because he hopes to get fired so he can finally become a wrestler again.

For now, we're clearly going to have to wait and see but there
are a myriad of possibilities and the prospect of Bryan vs. AJ Styles at WrestleMania is definitely exciting (as is seeing him back in action). What do you guys think? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts on this news in the usual place.
