The latest edition of SmackDown Live for December 11, 2018 took place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who may have missed it:

— Daniel Bryan kicks off the show with a promo, apologizing to sheep for the comparisons to the WWE Universe, who are more like parasites. He's eventually interrupted by Mustafa Ali, who calls him out on his change of character. Bryan criticizes Ali for driving an SUV and they come to blows before their match.

— Daniel Bryan defeated Mustafa Ali by submission and continued to attack Ali after the match.

— The Usos and The Bar have a rap battle, moderated by The New Day. The Bar make fools of themselves by doing a cover of Ice Ice Baby and The Usos throw lots of insults their way about Cesaro's teeth being broken on the turnbuckle and such. Everything ends in a brawl.

— The Miz calls out Shane McMahon and suggests they tag again, bringing out two jobbers called The Vegas Boys. Shane McMahon defeated The Vegas Boys without tagging in The Miz. After the break, The Vegas Boys try to get paid from Paige. They say The Miz had promised them $5,000 for their match. Paige rips up the papers and tells them to leave.

— Randy Orton cuts a promo on Rey Mysterio and their upcoming chairs match at TLC, before Mysterio comes out and attacks him.

— Jeff Hardy and Rusev defeated Samoa Joe and Shinsuke Nakamura by pinfall

— Asuka defeated Charlotte Flair by disqualification after Flair hit Asuka with a kendo stick. She then attacked Becky Lynch as well, bringing her into the fight. Lynch got her shots in, until Asuka took charge and stood tall at the end of the fight.
