The latest edition of SmackDown Live for November 27, 2018 took place at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who may have missed it:
— Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have a verbal spat, which results in Paige booking the two for a TLC match at TLC. The entire rest of the women's division on SmackDown come out to complain about how they aren't ever given any title opportunities, so Paige schedules them for a battle royal with the winner being inserted into the TLC match, making it a Triple Threat.
— The Usos defeated The Bar defeated The Usos by pinfall
— The New Day make fun of The Miz losing to a jobber last week.
— AJ Styles cuts a pretty generic promo on Daniel Bryan.
— Rusev vs. Shinsuke Nakamura doesn't take place, as Nakamura attacks Rusev before the bell rings.
— A tribute is held for Jeff Hardy in honor of this being his 20th anniversary. Samoa Joe interrupts to call Hardy weak and make fun of his past problems and such. Hardy suggests they fight, but Joe walks off.
— Kofi Kingston defeated The Miz by pinfall
— Randy Orton gloats about his destruction of Rey Mysterio, who comes out for a fight, but Orton gets the better of him and attacks his throat once again.
— Asuka wins the battle royal and has earned the third spot in the Triple Threat TLC match for the SmackDown Women's Championship on December 16th.
