SMACKDOWN LIVE Ratings Dropped This Week Following The Blue Brand's Crushing SURVIVOR SERIES Defeat

By having SmackDown Live lose every match at Survivor Series on Sunday, WWE basically told fans that the Tuesday night show isn't worth watching and its Superstars aren't worth a damn! Did that impact ratings?

At Survivor Series, WWE made the baffling decision to give RAW a 6-0 clean sweep victory over SmackDown Live, something many fans have argued makes the blue brand's Superstars look weak and the show itself simply not worth watching. So, did that have any sort of impact on ratings this Tuesday?

Maybe. The show drew 2,150,000 viewers, a pretty significant drop from last week's 2,312,000 viewers and a surprise considering the fact that this was the post Survivor Series episode of the show.

These are steady enough numbers for SmackDown Live and those who already watch it probably haven't stopped. WWE, however, missed an opportunity at Survivor Series to really give the show a push and make it clear that those who tune into RAW should also be giving this a chance every week as well.
