The latest edition of SmackDown Live for June 19, 2018 took place at the Huntington Center in Toledo, OH.

Here are the results of what transpired during the show:

— Carmella kicks off the show with a promo about her win over Asuka at Money in the Bank and how great she is. James Ellsworth comes out dressed as Asuka and continues to butter up Carmella by naming people she's better than (Charlotte Flair, Lita, Trish Stratus, Beyonce, Ronda Rousey). Asuka comes out and attacks Ellsworth before eating a kick from Carmella, which allows them to escape.

— The IIconics cut a promo on Toledo and Becky Lynch. Following that, Becky Lynch defeated Billie Kay by submission.

— Jeff Hardy, bringing back his face paint, calls out Shinsuke Nakamura in a video promo behind the scenes.

— The Usos jump the gun and attack SAnitY during their entrance, preempting their match together. SAnitY come out on top of the scuffle.

— Shinsuke Nakamura tells Renee Young in a backstage interview that he only lost at Money in the Bank because the referee counted too fast and not in Japanese. Also, Jeff Hardy might say he has his eyes open, but Nakamura is going to close them again.

The Bludgeon Brothers retained the SmackDown Tag Team Championship over The Good Brothers again by pinfall. After the match, Daniel Bryan comes out and makes his entrance while Harper and Rowan are still on the ramp, leading to an awkward encounter, but nothing happens.

— The gauntlet match begins with Daniel Bryan vs. Big E. Bryan is victorious by pinfall, moving on to Samoa Joe. Bryan advances further by count out. Harper and Rowan come out to attack Bryan, which gives The Miz a chance to capitalize and eliminate Bryan. The finals are The Miz against Rusev. Rusev wins by submission, earning a WWE Championship opportunity at Extreme Rules against AJ Styles. Styles comes out to pose with the title to make a statement, and shakes hands with Rusev. Aiden English offers his hand as well, but pulls it away from Styles, who hits him for his efforts to end the show.
