The latest edition of SmackDown Live for May 8, 2018 took place at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, MD.

Here are the results of what transpired during the show:

— Paige starts the show by explaining what happened at Backlash and then quickly moving on to promoting Money in the Bank.

— The Miz defeated Jeff Hardy by pinfall to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match

— Sheamus eats Lucky Charms to make himself feel better after having lost to Xavier Woods. Cesaro says if he were the one fighting Woods, that wouldn't have happened. They open their bags and see that they're filled with pancakes.

— Shinsuke Nakamura tells Renee Young that he and AJ Styles are not finished.

— Carmella is going to celebrate her win over Charlotte Flair next week with a Royal Mellabration.

— Charlotte Flair defeated Peyton Royce by submission to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match

— Daniel Bryan tells Dasha Fuentes he has a history of defying expectations and he'll defeat Rusev tonight. The bigger they are, the faster they tap.

— Cesaro defeated Xavier Woods by pinfall

— Paige tells Sonya Deville that she is barred from ringside for Mandy Rose's match and insists that Absolution is over. Mandy Rose has a new entrance, so this may signify that the duo has indeed split.

— Mandy Rose defeated Becky Lynch defeated Mandy Rose by pinfall

— Rusev defeated Daniel Bryan by pinfall to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match
