The latest edition of SmackDown Live for April 24, 2018 took place at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY.

Here are the results of what transpired during the show:

— The Miz starts off with a promo about being welcomed back to SmackDown Live, how becoming a father has changed him as a man, and welcomes Daniel Bryan to MizTV, but Big Cass comes out instead. Cass explains that the day he got cleared was the same day Daniel Bryan did, and nobody was talking about Cass because of it. He also gives more of a reason for his heel nature, in that he was picked on as a kid until he grew big enough to beat up his bullies, and Daniel Bryan reminds him of his former self. He calls himself a valuable star, whereas he's still in the shadow of someone like Bryan, so he's going to put him back on the shelf where he belongs. Before a commercial break, it's shown that Bryan was attacked backstage.

— The IIconics make fun of Becky Lynch and Asuka before their tag team match. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce defeated Asuka and Becky Lynch by pinfall.

— Naomi talks to Jimmy Uso in the locker room about how she has a bad feeling about The Bludgeon Brothers. He tells her not to worry about it. Jimmy Uso defeated Rowan by pinfall after a distraction by Naomi allows him to get a roll-up victory.

— Carmella tells Renee Young to leave the ring for the contract signing between she and Charlotte Flair. She cuts a promo about the crowd not giving her enough respect, so she shows the same video package from last week in an attempt to get a standing ovation. Since that doesn't happen, she threatens to play it again, but it's interrupted by Charlotte. The contract signing itself is quick, with Flair slamming Carmella's head on the table and that's about it.

— Jeff Hardy comes out for a match with Shelton Benjamin, but Randy Orton replaces him mid-entrance as payback for Hardy doing the same to him after the Superstar Shake-up. Shelton Benjamin defeated Randy Orton by pinfall when Sunil Singh interferes, wearing a mask and causing a distraction that Benjamin capitalizes on.

— The New Day celebrate the release of their new book when The Bar come over to interrupt and say that when they win the Raw Tag Team Championship, they'll be leaving and going back to Raw.

— Daniel Bryan tells Renee Young that he'll be good to go for the Greatest Royal Rumble and Paige has granted him a match against Big Cass at Backlash.

— Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev Day defeated AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson by pinfall.
