SMACKDOWN LIVE Star Andrade 'Cien' Almas Reportedly Unhappy With His Position In The Company

According to a report from SuperLuchas, the Smackdown Live star is unhappy with his position in the company. Almas made his debut on the blue brand back in the summer and while the former NXT champion has had the chance to showcase his skills against the likes of Daniel Bryan and AJ Sytles, he’s been mostly wasted on the main roster.

Dave Meltzer also referenced Almas a couple of weeks ago on Wrestling Observer Radio. He noted that international star Rush turned down WWE and one of the reasons why is because he is good friends with Almas and he knows how unhappy his friend is in WWE.

This isn’t the first time that Almas was unhappy with his position in the company. Before his heel turn down in NXT, Almas was reportedly considering leaving the developmental brand because he wasn’t happy with his direction.

It was former WWE champion Alberto El Patron who convinced Almas to stay with the company.
