According to a number of fans who attended the event, SmackDown Live Superstar Billie Kay may have been injured at a non-televised WWE Live event in Oakland, California on Saturday evening.

The IIconics member reportedly collided heads with Naomi and was said to then have a blank look on her face. She subsequently rolled out of the ring and stayed at ringside until the match ended.

Peyton Royce called over the medical staff and Kay ended up leaving under her own power (albeit with some help from the medical trainer). While nothing is confirmed, she may have suffered a concussion. Luckily, she won't be in action at TLC tonight and both Kay and Royce are being wasted on SmackDown Live at the moment so a brief absence may not be noticed by many fans, sadly.
