SMACKDOWN LIVE Superstar Killian Dain Has Now Been Moved Back To NXT

Following the off-screen breakup of SAnitY, Killian Dain has now been moved from the SmackDown Live roster to NXT. Is that a sign he's going to be repacked in the development brand? Find out what we know here.

For reasons which aren't entirely clear, WWE never really pushed SAnitY on the main roster and the team's fate was set in stone when Eric Young was moved to RAW and the faction was broken up.

Since then, Alexander Wolfe has been moved to NXT UK (he was recently part of TV tapings for the brand), while Dave Meltzer has now revealed that Killian Dane is being moved back to NXT and could appear as soon as during tomorrow's TV tapings in Full Sail.

As for Nikki Cross, her future remains unclear. She's not been assigned to any brand and is married to Dain so this is bound to have an impact on that. She's been working RAW live events, so chances are she'll wind up being assigned to that brand at some point.

Every roster is crowded right now but it's probably a good sign WWE has chosen to keep Dain as he could now be repackaged before re-debuting on the main roster somewhere down the line.
