SMACKDOWN Ratings Plummeted To A Shocking 888,000 Viewers On Fox Sports 1 On Friday Night

Thanks to the World Series, last Friday's SmackDown was moved to FS1 and that proved to be disastrous for the show as it ended up drawing fewer viewers than AEW: Dynamite. Find out more details here...

The ratings are finally in for last week's Friday Night SmackDown and it's not good news for WWE. In fact, it's downright terrible!

The show only ended up drawing 888,000 viewers which is considerably less than what pretty much everyone predicted. In fact, this number actually means that more people watched All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite on TNT on Wednesday and SmackDown wasn't really that far ahead of NXT.

The World Series is why SmackDown was pushed off FOX but it seems fans either weren't loyal enough to tune in to a different station or couldn't find the show. However, the move was promoted beforehand and it was a stacked show featuring a lot of big matches and Hall of Famers.

It will now be interesting seeing how SmackDown does when it returns to FOX following Crown Jewel this coming Friday.
