The overnight ratings are in for Friday night's episode of SmackDown and the show drew an impressive 2.547 million viewers! That's a noteworthy increase from the previous Friday's 2.424 million viewers and some much-needed good news WWE now we're on the Road to WrestleMania

The first hour pulled in 2.547 million viewers and hour two dropped just a small amount to 2.539 million viewers. Golberg's appearance on the blue brand was, of course, hyped in advance but there are bound to be a lot of fans who were disappointed by him showing up in what ended up being just a backstage segment for a confrontation with Bray Wyatt.

There was a lot of great content on the show, though, including Daniel Bryan's return and more matches being booked for the upcoming Super ShowDown PPV.

SmackDown was #7 for the night in terms of viewership on network TV and pulled in an average 0..75 rating in the 18 - 49 demographic (which made it #2). What did you guys think of the episode? Be sure to let us know your thoughts on that in the comments section below.
