The card for WWE NXT Stand & Deliver is starting to fill up, with there now being five (with a hint at a sixth) matches set for the show, which will take place at The Factory at the District in St. Louis, Missouri on Saturday, April 4, 2026.
In a surprise, the winner of this week's gauntlet No. 1 contender's match for a shot at Myles Borne's NXT North American Championship was SmackDown roster member Johnny Gargano. Shiloh Hill started the match and was eventually responsible for eliminating everyone (Dion Lennox, Jackson Drake, and Charlie Dempsey) before being beaten down some more by Birthright in retaliation for Dempsey's elimination. Gargano, who was dragged out there by his wife, Candice LeRae, was still in his depressed malaise the whole time. LeRae ended up pushing Gargano to flop down onto Hill for the effortless win.
Lennox had been attacked during that match by OTM. Bronco Nima and Lucien Price later revealed in a backstage interview with Sarah Schreiber that they had enlisted the help of TNA Wrestling Champion Mike Santana to team with them in a six-man tag match next week against DarkState.
There will be a contract signing between Joe Hendry, Tony D'Angelo, Ricky Saints, and Ethan Page, who are all fighting in a Fatal 4-Way for the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver.
Likewise, Tatum Paxley has threatened to see Blake Monroe for a confrontation on this episode, which will assuredly turn into an announcement of a match between the two for the NXT Women's North American Championship at the PLE.
Regarding the NXT Women's Championship, Kendal Grey will face Lola Vice with the winner earning a title opportunity to face Jacy Jayne for that belt in St. Louis.
The NXT Tag Team Championship picture is still lingering, as Birthright will face Los Americanos next week in the tournament final. Bravo and Rayo Americano filled in for Elio LeFleur and Eli Knight to beat The Culling this week after LeFleur was attacked backstage (as a kayfabe means to cover up his legitimate injury suffered recently on a house show). Whoever wins at Roadblock will face The Vanity Project.
Elsewhere, tensions between former allies Sol Ruca and ZARIA have escalated to the point where a match between the two is now setfor Stand & Deliver.
