Sonya Deville Is Defeated By Mandy Rose In A "Loser Leaves WWE" Match At SUMMERSLAM

Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose competed in a "Loser leaves WWE" match at SummerSlam last night, and, as expected, the former was defeated.

The original Hair vs. Hair stipulation was changed at the last minute, presumably because of the recent ordeal both women went through involving a crazed stalker breaking into Sonya's house while Mandy was there as her guest. We assume this is also why Deville will be taking some time away from the ring to get her head together after what must have been a terrifying experience.

The match itself was okay, but they really needed more time to tell this story. In the end, The Golden Goddess hit her former bestie with a series of running knew strikes to pick up the win.

During a post-match interview, Deville lashed out at a reporter, telling him never call her by that name (Sonya Deville) again. This would seem to suggest that, when she does eventually return, she'll be going by her real name of Daria Berenato.
