Most of us assumed that Stephanie McMahon would announce an all-female PPV tonight on Raw, and that's exactly what happened.

It actually ended up being Steph, Triple H and Vince in the ring as the show got underway, with most of the WWE Superstars gathered on the stage. After the men said a few words, the red brand Commissioner officially announced that the first ever all-women's PPV would be known as Evolution, and would take place on October 28.

Afterwards, Michael Cole revealed that all major women's titles (Raw, SmackDown and NXT) would be on the line, and we'd also see the final match of the Mae Young Classic tournament.

Tell us, what do you guys think of this news? Any particular matches you'd like to see? Sound off below.
