WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon was recently interviewed by ESPN and, as you might expect, the subject of Ronda Rousey's WWE return quickly came up. There's a lot of excitement surrounding seeing the former RAW Women's Champion back in the ring, but there's been no indication that's actually in the works right now.

McMahon noted that she's hopeful that Rousey will return and said that, based on their last conversation, it's something the Baddest Woman on the Planet is definitely interested in making a reality.

"In all seriousness, I hope so," she said. "I know that she’s very excited about coming back. I think she has some things in her personal life that she wants to do. When the time is right, she’ll be back. I have no doubt about that."

McMahon added that she hopes Rousey is back in time for next year’s WrestleMania, but admitted that she has no plans to step back into the ring with her given how things panned out the last time.

Are you excited to see Rousey in WWE again?
