Stephanie McMahon Officially Announces The First Ever Women's ELIMINATION CHAMBER Match
The first ever women's Royal Rumble match took place last night, and the female Superstars of WWE will make history again when they compete in the brutal Elimination Chamber next month. More past the jump...
Last week, a couple of adverts for the upcoming RAW-exclusive Elimination Chamber PPV on February 25 led to speculation that WWE might be planning the first ever women's chamber match, and sure enough, Stephanie McMahon confirmed that it's going to happen as RAW got underway tonight.
The red brand commissioner welcomed Asuka to the ring to congratulate her on her Rumble win, but before The Empress of Tomorrow could reveal which title she'd challenge for at WrestleMania, Steph caution her that Alexa Bliss may not actually be the champion by the time 'Mania roles around because The Goddess would have to defend her title in the Elimination Chamber next month.
Which other Superstars will compete in the unforgiving steel structure? That remains to be seen, but there's a very god chance one of 'em will be Ronda Rousey!
