Thanks to EW, we have a brand new still from Rampage, the upcoming video game adaptation which is so far shaping up to be one of 2018's wackiest blockbusters. It's hard to imagine too many people pulling off walking away from epic destruction with a giant gorilla at his back but The Rock does!

Based on the popular 1980s video game, Rampage looks set to reteam Dwayne Johnson with San Andreas helmer Brad Peyton, a fun action movie which was a hit at the worldwide box office.

Beyond what we've seen in the trailer, we don't know much but the movie will follow the game by pitting Johnson (described as an animal-loving hero who is the world’s only hope) against three gigantic monsters - a monstrously transformed gorilla, crocodile and wolf - who wreak havoc on American cities and landmarks. It sounds like a lot of fun and is shaping up be an enjoyable popcorn movie.

Ryan Engle wrote the original draft of the screenplay, with work contributed by Carlton Cuse and Ryan Condal. Adam Sztykiel did the most current revisions, and the movie is set to be released on April 20th, next year. What do you guys think of these cool new behind the scenes photos from Rampage?
