During the Women's Championship match between Charlotte Flair and Natalya on last week's episode of SmackDown Live, a trio of NXT Superstars - no known as The Riott Squad - hit the ring and attacked both women. However, Dave Meltzer has revealed that the original plans was for Flair to work a feud with Tamina Snuka due to them both being second generation wrestlers.

While that has the potential to be an interesting angle, Tamina isn't on the same level as Charlotte in terms of
in ring ability and that's not exactly the most exciting feuds for the Women's Championship.

It's believed that Vince McMahon could go back to this idea but for now, it seems that Flair will continue feuding with The
Riott Squad. It's hardly a surprise to hear that a change like this as made so late in the game and this just goes to show why it was recently reported that some women are worried about what the arrival of these newbies on the SmackDown Live roster will mean for them!
