We were wondering how long it would take for Samoa Joe to get back to doing what he does best (although he has been awesome on commentary), and now it looks like we have our answer.

Joe has been making remarks about Seth Rollins and the AOP for a couple of weeks now, so the seeds of a confrontation had been set. Last night on Raw, Akam and Rezah got involved in Rollins' US title match with Rey Mysterio, beating down the legendary luchador after forcing a DQ. When they attempted to clear the announce desk to put Rey through it, Joe stood his ground.

Seth acted like he wasn't going to exacerbate the situation any further, before telling the AOP to "finish him." Joe put up a fight, but was eventually beaten down and put through the table himself.

Rey Mysterio, Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe vs. Seth Rollins and the Authors of Pain next week? Let's hope so.
