On last night's RAW, Chad Gable and Bobby Roode made fun of Drake Maverick for soiling himself during the Survivor Series PPV when The Big Show started choking him out at ringside. That led to them being forced to compete against The Authors of Pain in a match but things took an unexpected turn when Chad Gable scored the 1-2-3 with a sunset flip off the top rope in the closing moments.

As Michael Cole noted during Gable and Roode's celebration, they now have to be in line for a Tag Team Championship opportunity, a match it's easy enough to believe will take place at TLC

Whether or not they'll succeed depends on how seriously WWE is taking the unexpected pairing and if they actually have longtime plans for Roode (a former NXT Champion) as a tag team competitor. Then again, it's probably too soon for The Authors of Pain to lose their titles after winning them from Seth Rollins. What do you guys think? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
