Ahead of last night's RAW, WWE announced that Zack Snyder and Curt Hawins would receive a shot at The Viking Raiders' RAW Tag Team Championships. Well, the match never happened and we have The Authors of Pain to thank for that!

As Hawkins and Ryder were being interviewed by Charly Caruso about the bout, Akam‎ and ‎Rezar made a surprise appearance, got in the faces of the babyfaces and proceeded to completely destroy them. Needless to say, they sent a message and you have to believe that they'll soon be setting their sights on those titles.

We'll have to wait until after Survivor Series for that, of course, but the thought on The Viking Raiders battling The Authors of Pain is definitely an exciting one!
