WWE has announced that The Bella Twins have pulled out of their scheduled autograph signing at WrestleMania Axxess in Tampa, Florida. 

The plan is for them to be replaced at the show, and details are expected to be revealed soon. A specific reason hasn't been offered, but given the outbreak of the coronavirus and the fact both women are pregnant, common sense says that this has been done for safety and health reasons.

As of right now, WrestleMania (and Axxess) are set to take place as planned, but that could change depending on what happens over the coming weeks. A number of big events - Emerald City Comic-Con and SXSW, for example - have been postponed or cancelled, but no major sporting events in America have been scrapped yet.
