Recently, The Big Show made his return to RAW to square off with Randy Orton, and while he didn't emerge from that brief feud on the winning side, the World's Largest Athlete has nothing but good things to say about working with The Viper (they battled it out in an unsanctioned match on July 20th).
The Big Show hasn't been seen since receiving that punt kick to the head, and during a recent interview on WWE's The Bump, he talked up how Orton has built himself up during his rivalry with Edge.
"When I look at Randy Orton right now, he’s never been better," The Big Show explains. "Just where his mind is, his promos in the ring, I don’t think we’ve ever seen a better Randy Orton than we’re seeing right now. It’s like it’s all come together with his talent and his intensity has now all come together. Everything he’s been through, he’s on fire right now."
It's hard to argue with that, and next up for Orton is a WWE Championship match against Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam on August 23rd, 2020. The prevailing theory is that The Viper could emerge victorious from that bout, and that would make a lot of sense given what a role he's been on.
What do you guys think?
