Last night, we told you about the latest wave of WWE releases, this time from the NXT roster. Well, the total number of Superstars who have been fired has officially hit 14 this morning with more names added to an already pretty lengthy list.
The Bollywood Boyz, Sunil Singh and Samir Singh, confirmed the news on Twitter, bringing an end to their time in WWE. Introduced as part of the Cruiserweight Classic tournament, they would later serve as Jinder Mahal's lackeys when he was WWE Champion.
Another surprise is Killian Dane, the real-life husband of Nikki Cross. He's been teaming up with Drake Maverick for several months now, and was being pushed as a tag team wrestler.
Finally, Tino Sabbatelli - who signed with WWE, was released, worked with AEW, and then returned to WWE - is also gone.
Now, that brings the full list of names to:
- Killian Dain
- August Grey
- Tino Sabbatelli
- Marina Shafir
- Arturo Ruas
- Curt Stallion
- Fandango
- Tyler Breeze
- Ever-Rise (Chase Parker, Matt Martel)
- Tony Nese
- Ariya Daivari
- The Bollywood Boyz (Sunil Singh, Samir Singh).
Looking at this list, it feels a lot like 205 Live's days are numbered. There are certainly some wrestlers here who had potential, but it doesn't feel like WWE has lost any future main eventers.
Needless to say, we wish them all the best moving forward.
