The "Door Is Open" For Brock Lesnar's WWE Return But It Won't Be Happening Any Time Soon

Brock Lesnar dropped the Universal Championship to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam on Sunday and Kurt Angle made it clear the following night that his rematch for the title won't be happening in the near future. Now, Mike Johnson has shed some light on where things go next for The Beast and it's said that while "the door is open" for a WWE return, nothing solid is in place as of right now.

That's because Lesnar is officially done with WWE for the time being as he focuses on that big UFC return which is expected to take place early next year. Assuming he wins, the chances of him returning to WWE are somewhere between slim and none, while a loss could mean he would consider coming back for one final run (which would obviously earn him an awful lot of money in a short time).

Regardless, WWE would reportedly be happy to take him back once he's done with UFC so it will be interesting seeing how things pan out in that respect. Johnson also confirms that Lesnar was never actually going to appear on RAW and note that he flew home by private plane on Sunday night. What do you hope comes next for Lesnar? Be sure to let us know your thoughts down below.
