Kevin Owens made a rare appearance on SmackDown this week to host a special episode of the KO Show, and the increasingly disturbed Alexa Bliss was his guest.
Owens wanted to know what was up with Bliss, and if her recent "dark" behaviour might be linked to what's being going on with his nemesis Aleister Black on Raw. The Goddess played dumb at first, before admitting that she had "let him in," and was all the happier for it.
KO then realized that he must be nearby, before the familiar, eerie music and red glow signalled The Fiend's arrival. Bray Wyatt locked the Mandible Claw on Owens, and once he was passed out, he turned his attention to Alexa. Bliss then took The Fiend's hand and smiled at the camera.
We're not really sure where this is going, but it's certainly one of the more intriguing angles currently playing out in WWE. Whatever happens, it looks like Bliss has fully given herself over to The Fiend's influence, and will likely be a very different character moving forward.
Owens will get his chance at payback when he faces Wyatt next week on SmackDown.
