Well, it appears as if those rumours about Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame are indeed accurate because commercials are being run in the New York/New Jersey area and he's among the inductees.
Last week, rumours started swirling that Hulk Hogan will be the one who inducts his old friend and so this leak definitely makes sense. It now appears as if this year's Hall of Fame won't include a celebrity and that's no bad thing, especially as fans usually boo them out of the building and aren't interested in what they have to say (remember Mr. T?).
Now, Beefcake joins a class which includes The Honky Tonk Man, Torrie Wilson, D-Generation X (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Chyna, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn, X-Pac), The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart), and Warrior Award recipient Sue Aitchison.
Expect the official announcement to come during Monday night's episode of RAW.
