Matt and Jeff Hardy are the new SmackDown LIVE Tag-Team Champions after defeating The Usos in a pretty great match on tonight's episode of the blue brand.

After several near falls, Matt managed to hit a Twist of Fate on Jimmy, setting up his brother up for a Swanton Bomb and the 1,2,3.

The Hardy Boyz are now 8-time champions, but they barely had time to celebrate when Lars Sullivan's music hit and The Freak made his way to the ring. Just like he did to Kurt Angle last night on Raw, Sullivan laid waste to both men with Freak Accidents and a big flying headbutt.

Expect Lars to continue doing this to various different Superstars for a while, as WWE likes to take its sweet time before entering new faces into proper feuds.
