The IIconics Walked Out Of SUPER SHOW-DOWN In Their Home Country With A Win Over Asuka And Naomi

Despite being portrayed as heels on SmackDown Live, it was inevitable that Peyton Royce and Billie Kay would be welcomed by fans in Melbourne, Australia at Super Show-Down and so no one was surprised when the duo delivered a babyface promo before their match against Asuka and Naomi.

After an impressive showing by the two former Women's Champions, The IIconics pulled out the win with an impressive double team move and fans in the building went nuts for the home country team.

Whether or not this means they'll receive a push moving forward on SmackDown Live remains to be seen but they're clearly not going to get the opportunity to compete for the SmackDown Women's title as the feud between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair is far from over. However, with rumours of a tag team title division being launched for the women at Evolution, gold could still be in their future.
