The RAW Announce Team Is Reportedly Going To Be Very Different Following The WWE Draft

Rumour has it that Michael Cole and Corey Graves will be calling the action on Friday Night SmackDown but a new report claims to reveal the RAW announce team and, well, it will be totally unrecognisable!

It appears as if the RAW announce team will sound very different following this year's WWE Draft. According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, the current plan is for Vic Joseph and Dio Maddin to be calling the action moving forward.

Maddin signed with NXT back in 2016 and wrestled for Booker T's Reality of Wrestling promotion. His real name is Brennan Williams and if that's familiar, it's because he's a former NFL player. Joseph, meanwhile, previously called the action for House of Hardcore and has worked on 205 Live, NXT UK, and Main Event for WWE.

There's a very good chance things will change in the coming weeks but you have to wonder what this means for Tom Phillips and Byron Saxton. Renee Young, meanwhile, is set to host WWE's new studio show on Fox Sports 1 so her not being part of RAW is now great surprise.

What do you guys think?
