Unfortunately, The Rock didn't appear during Monday night's episode of RAW, but he did treat those in attendance to an appearance both before and after the show was on the air. The first time he came out, he hyped up the shooting of Fighting With My Family and was then "fired" by Vince McMahon. Once the show ended, he came out to keep the crowd excited before the movie started shooting the moment Paige won her first Divas Championship, but he was quickly met by chants for CM Punk.

That's because the woman Punk is married to - AJ Lee - was who Paige beat for the title, and to deal with those, The Rock made a phone call which apparently left Vince McMahon, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon absolutely furious. After attempting to FaceTime Punk, The Rock left a voicemail for him and got the crowd to chant his name and a referee was even sent out to get him to wrap the segment up due to the company's difficult relationship with the now UFC competitor since he left WWE in 2014.

You can see a video of The Rock's call below along with Punk's reaction and a later Tweet from The Great One in which he explained his actions. Had this been anyone else, they probably would have been in big trouble backstage, but The Rock can do what he likes! However, you have to imagine that he's been asked not to mention Punk again, though the wrestler turned Hollywood A-Lister actually did a fantastic job of getting these chants out of the crowd's system before shooting on the movie began!
