Total Divas star has had an incredible, inspiring life. Now, Lionsgate has announced
The Ronda Rousey Story: Through My Father’s Eyes, a documentary which arrives on Digital and On Demand November 19th.
Written and directed by Gary Stretch (a former WBC International Light Middleweight Boxing champion), the documentary follows the life of record-setting UFC superstar Ronda Rousey from her difficult, humble beginnings through her rise to the top of the male-dominated mixed martial arts and sports entertainment worlds to become one of the most recognizable and iconic superstars ever.
The film will include testimonies from UFC President Dana White, former UFC Heavyweight champion and actor Randy Couture, UFC referee "Big" John McCarthy, and Gene LeBell ("Godfather of Grappling" and a former stuntman). It's described as a tale of inspiration, perseverance, and female empowerment and, honestly, it sounds like a must-have.
We still don't know when and if Rousey will step back inside a WWE ring but fans remain hopeful that she'll come looking for revenge on Becky Lynch sooner rather than later!
