The Rules For This Year's WWE Draft Have Now Been Revealed

The WWE Draft takes place across tomorrow night's SmackDown and Monday's RAW. Now, the rules for the event have been revealed and you can find everything you need to know about that after the jump...

Thanks to Sports Illustrated, we now know the rules of this year's WWE Draft.

As you can see below, RAW will get to choose 41 Superstars, while Friday Night SmackDown will get 30 Superstars. This time, it doesn't sound like tag teams will be split up because they'll count as one pick and it sounds like a number of "free agents" (well, jobbers) will be added to each brand after the fact and presumably on WWE.com.

It will be interesting seeing how WWE handles which stars go where, especially as the blue brand is now considered the A show due to it being on FOX.
