The Shield Battling The Miztourage At WWE TLC Thankfully Isn't Set In Stone Quite Yet
This past Monday's episode of RAW pointed to a Shield reunion definitely being in the works but if you've been dreading the possibility of the dominant team taking on The Miztourage, we may have some good news!
Rumour has it that The Shield will reunite at the upcoming WWE TLC PPV and while that's something it's well worth being excited about, it's also a pretty blatant attempt to WWE to try and get Roman Reigns over with fans before he battles Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34 next year for the Universal Championship. In fairness, though, he was loved when he was part of The Shield!
Regardless, the signs are all pointing to Roman and current RAW Tag Team Champions Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins squaring off with The Miztourage and that's hardly particularly exciting.
After all, fans have eagerly been anticipating this reunion for years now and The Miz, Curtis Axel, and Bo Dallas hardly pose much of a threat to this dominant unit of former WWE Champions.
Well, a new report from Ryan Satin over at Pro Wrestling Sheet claims that The Shield vs. The Miztourage isn't set in stone just yet and notes that WWE could be looking at finding some more formidable opponents for the team instead. Could that include Braun Strowman? Well, he is clashing with Seth and Dean right now and the return of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan is said to be on the cards...
A Wyatt Family reunion too? We're just going to have to wait and see for now!
