RAW has just hit a new record low for 2019.
The December 23 episode of the red brand delivered an average of 1.835 million viewers. This is the first time that RAW has dropped below the two million mark for all three hours, as Bryan Alvarez reported that the first hour of the show averaged 1.955 million viewers, which dropped to 1.864 million in the second hour, and dropped again to 1.686 million in the third.
Of course, it was expected for the number to drop due to the holiday week. Also, this past Monday’s episode was a taped showing, thus many fans had a chance to check out the spoilers online ahead of the premiere on Monday.
Last week’s episode averaged 2.053 million viewers. While overall ratings for RAW in 2019 is down, this year’s Christmas week episode did manage to top last year’s, as the December 24, 2018 episode of RAW drew an average of 1,775,000 viewers.
