The Undertaker is the most legendary character in the history of wrestling, and with his career starting to wind down, the Deadman is now shedding some light on a lot of things he's been involved with over the years. That includes some pretty massive rumours, one of which claimed that he's afraid of cucumbers. No, that's not a typo!
Talking to Barstool Sports' Pardon My Take, The Undertaker was asked about a 2013 interview Paul Bearer gave shortly before his death in 2013. In that, the WWE Hall of Famer claimed, "He cannot stand cucumbers...I saw The Undertaker throw up all over a waffle house because there was a cucumber floating in his iced tea." So, was it a rib or based in fact? The truth, it seems, is somewhere in between.
"OK, let’s get this straight,"The Undertaker said. "We’ve had a good conversation. I’m not scared of cucumbers. I just don’t like cucumbers." Asked if he really ran out of the room "like a little kid," the former WWE Champion added: "I’ll probably leave the room. I’m not gonna run. If they’re whole, that’s one thing. If they’re cut up, whew."
The Undertaker was doing the rounds to promote his WWE Network documentary Undertaker: The Last Ride, and the fact he's breaking character is leading to a lot of very interesting and funny reveals from the legendary wrestler.
